As Cellairis unveiled its most indestructible smartphone case yet, Mohawk was hired to prove it.

Venice advertising agency M.A.D.E. brought us on to design, develop and build the most diabolical retweeting machine ever created: The Tweet Punisher. We converted a common typewriter into a mobile phone’s nightmare, administering 4 lbs. of force per square inch for any phone hooked up to the machine. Without the case, the phone was toast. We live-streamed the results on Facebook as users could try and annihilate the phone by tweeting the hashtag #tweetpunisher.

Mohawk engineered the machine, developed the OS, installed the sinister apparatus, and set up the live stream.
